Requirements - Responsibilities include collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assign and review the work of the IT Team.
- Collaborating with departments to assess and understand their technological needs.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Work with the IT Director to develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, CIS with 5 years of progressive experience required or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, CIS with 2 years of experience required.
