We are looking for an energetic customer service focused individual to join our IT Field Office Support team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in responding to questions related to personal computer hardware and software for Franchise Tax Board Field Office staff. You work independently in a Field Office housing primarily revenue generating National Audit Bureau staff. As a member of the IT Field Office Support team, you provide on-site technical support to the users on all computer equipment and related software as needed. You perform complex analytical research based on the necessity to efficiently resolve PC, network, telecommunication related field office operations. You provide education and client support by providing service for unit operations, technology research, technical report development and software integration procedures. This includes providing leadership and technical guidance on the more complex hardware and software-related issues. You will be responsible of maintaining all hardware asset inventory records in accordance with department policies.
