Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a talented and results-driven Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Architecture Specialist to become a vital part of our team in Bethesda, Maryland. You will be essential in developing a robust model of our client's IT enterprise architecture, bringing to life the client's vision of a Model-Based IT Enterprise Architecture that will guide key leadership decisions. Collaboration with IT Enterprise Architects and various stakeholders will be crucial as you model a cutting-edge IT enterprise architecture leveraging industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain a dynamic model-based IT enterprise architecture.
- Collaborate closely with IT Enterprise Architects to define model views and gather necessary data.
- Assist partners unfamiliar with modeling to effectively translate their IT architecture into a structured model.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Basic Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- B.S. degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (M.S. preferred); and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. A Doctorate in a technical domain may substitute for years of experience.
- Proficient in Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Model-Based Systems Engineering, with demonstrated experience translating concepts into SysML or UML.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, and DoDAF.
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing, oral presentations, and producing executive-level documents.
- Ability to approach IT architecture issues from multiple perspectives.
- Passion for keeping current with industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications: - Five or more years of experience either working with or within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Certified in SysML Model Builder Intermediate or Advanced.
- Experience evaluating compliance with an IT Enterprise Architecture.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools such as MagicDraw, Rational Rhapsody, Cameo, or Genesys.

Pay Range: $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
