As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organization's technology strategy to align with business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to support scalability, security, and efficiency across the enterprise.

What You'll Do: Enterprise Architecture & IT Strategy:
- Define, design, develop, implement, and manage enterprise architecture across all business, enterprise, and manufacturing systems, including IT infrastructure.
- Act as a technical leader for the IT organization, ensuring delivery of optimal IT platforms and solutions.
- Align IT strategy with business priorities by collaborating with senior executives, SMEs, and business units.
- Coordinate enterprise architecture initiatives across technology domains, ensuring conformance to best practices.
Technical Leadership & Innovation:
- Provide architectural leadership to resolve inter-program and inter-project issues.
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure solutions across multiple domains.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into enterprise solutions where applicable.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate new technology stacks.
- Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Governance & Compliance:
- Drive EA governance (ARB) comprising IT and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Work with vendors to expedite enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems to create an overview of the current and future state architecture.

Requirements- Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience as an IT architect or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment (15+ years overall IT experience).
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and consulting.
- Experience working with CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Architects.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and tools (e.g., System Architect, Troux).
- Hands-on expertise in Application Rationalization, Digital Transformation, and ERP Transformation in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Industry 4.0, Data & Analytics, and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Strong project management skills with experience handling large-scale transformation engagements.
- Understanding of manufacturing business domains (engineering, manufacturing, planning) and regulatory standards.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
