EVO is a startup AI development company for National Security Organizations, working to make threat assessments and analysis much faster. We are looking for an exceptional AI Algorithm Developer who can perform additional roles in front and back end as well. You will be working to bring analytical speed and structure to massive national security datasets. Our mission is to improve the safety of humanity and turn ideas into world-changing realities, where every voice makes a difference, and where your work builds a safer world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Front End, Back End, Full Stack and Screen sets

• Translate requirements into code

• Define requirements for training and evaluation

• Coordinate with other cross-functional teams on requirements, integration, and testing

• Deliver internal and regulatory documentation

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science from a leading university or equivalent work experience

• Proven 2+ years hands-on experience with UI, back end, front end

• 2+ years hands-on experience developing IT Systems

• Demonstrated ability to write Python and C code building robust, efficient, scaled-up software systems

• Experience with national security or similar would be a strong advantage

Desired qualities:

• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills

• Self-starter and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills

• Good system level understanding

• Very thorough

• Understanding of National Security datasets, a plus
