Responsibilities

Hands-on development in BRIM SAP S4 using newer SAP development techniques.
Perform fit/gap analysis to standard SAP using customer requirements.
Provide deep understanding of quote to cash processes for subscription management including master data, solution quotes, orders, contracts, and product modeling for SAP SOM.
Participate as a member of cross-functional development teams and perform analysis of cross-functional and complex business requirements.
Evaluate SAP roadmap and provide recommendations on tools, software, and implementation strategies.
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work across multiple teams and divisions to find and implement solutions.
Demonstrate broad technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction; exert influence outside of immediate team and drive change.
Apply in-depth or broad technical knowledge to manage global maintenance services across various technology areas or functions.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Hands-on development experience using newer SAP technologies.
Experience in development on SAP CRM and/or SAP BRIM projects.
Deep knowledge of SAP CRM, SOM, Fiori, Gateway, oData, Advanced ABAP, and ABAP.
6 or more years of experience writing SAP code, such as ABAP, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS.
Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Jira, GitHub, Confluence.
Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and SCM.
Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies and expertise in testing tools. Strong general project management skills.
Ability to work with third-party software vendors on integration of tools, influence of strategy, and roadmaps.
Ability to work end-to-end from solution architecture, technical design to development.
Hands-on experience on advanced SAP S/4 Web Technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated influencing skills, high level of technical and team leadership skills.
Prior implementation experience in SAP BRIM/SOM/CC/CI is an added advantage.
Technical knowledge of SAP CRM/BRIM and SAP S/4 is required.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Hands-on, in-depth Order to Cash (OTC) experience on the SAP platform with knowledge of specific flows of the OTC process.
Experience writing SAP code, such as ABAP, oData, Restful ABAP, Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS.
BRIM data dictionary knowledge.
Extensive hands-on previous SAP CRM SOM/S4 build experience.
BRF knowledge.
SAP SD and Finance experience is a plus.
S/4 HANA experience required, including HANA modeling.

Ability to coordinate multiple development, testing, and production support efforts through the SAP landscapes in an organized and controlled manner; demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and work cross-team with functional/project leads and business users.
Experience presenting to different audiences from technical project teams to senior decision-makers.
Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN and exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practice.
Analyze business use cases and translate them to system requirements.
Author System Technical Design documents and translate technical requirements clearly to other developers/QA team members.
