Fast-paced Foodservice Distributor is currently seeking a driven individual who has passion for implementing technology solutions to business process problems and ensuring the networks and systems used have the highest performance and up time. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, organized, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Southwest Traders, Inc. is seeking an individual with in-depth and broad IT knowledge to provide support for the day-to-day operations of the IT department. The following list of responsibilities may be required daily with more than one function required at a time:
  • Manage all Mobile devices, Applications, Security, Repairs, Soti management
  • Manage Jira work tickets also assign the ticket to proper groups.
  • Manage Zabbix monitoring of all essential pieces of hardware.
  • Work with end users on hardware & software issues, diagnosing and repairing workstations when possible
  • Investigate hardware and software problems
  • Provide phone support as part of the IT Help Desk
  • Troubleshoot computer and printer issues and repair / replace as necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Main responsibilities are providing technical support for computer hardware, software, peripherals, telephones and voice mail to all Southwest Traders employees throughout multiple locations
  • Meet goals and objectives as set forth by the Director of IT
  • Partake in projects and miscellaneous work related to the network as needed
  • Occasional weekend hours required for upgrades, conversions, etc. Travel required. Regular site visits to Fresno Facility.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience with systems administration in a Microsoft Windows environment including (AD, Azure, Intune)
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff, particularly those lacking a strong
  • Highly motivated and self-directed (Ability to create Project Plans, SOP's procedures, Power Points, CIP plans)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated skills in writing/reviewing technical documentation and specifications and performing integration/system testing

WORKING CONDITIONS

Standard office working conditions apply. Long periods of standing, walking, crouching and crawling may be required to accomplish various tasks. Lifting to 40 lbs. may be required on occasion. May be required to work in some adverse temperatures, hot and cold.
