Description Responsibilities
Re-image workstations and getting them configured for end-users based on Enabled Intelligence documentation
Setup employee computer workspaces to include setting up monitor, docking station, keyboard, mice, and PC. Ensure that power strip is setup and all connections are made
Prior to each bootcamp, unpack and setup training laptops, keyboards, mice, and monitors for students
After each bootcamp, box and store laptops, keyboards, mice, and monitors
Provide deskside support for staff on IT issues such as hardware troubleshooting, orhelp with Enterprise software
Perform monthly inventory of all IT equipment
Escalate IT issues to Enabled Intelligence IT managed service provider

Required Skills
Basic hardware troubleshooting for laptop, mice, keyboards, and monitors including configuration and setup
Must be able to follow procedures to image and configure workstations
Must have basic understanding of how to troubleshoot issues with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Must be able to lift boxes containing monitors and laptops
Must be able to verbally communicate with Enabled employees and interns who need IT support
Must be fluent in using Microsoft Outlook and Slack
Must be able to troubleshoot setup issues for Microsoft Outlook and Word
Knowledge of Python programming not required, but desired

Required Experience
While no prior experience is required, training on IT support is required
