IT Delivery Lead
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
This critical role as the Delivery Lead will ensure the successful implementation of the Group IT change portfolio and work packages for Group functions and Business Unit (BU) Information Systems (IS) teams.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for ensuring all change is delivered on time and to budget with appropriate resources.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on
- Ensuring delivery to plan, on time, within cost and anticipated resources
- Management of all project managers working on Group IT services projects
- Acting as a Project Manager where capacity allows
- Ensuring adoption of Group IT methods, practices and tooling
- Ensuring successful technical implementation of project change
- Ensuring impacted users are aware of all project related change and impact is assessed and minimised
- Identifying, assessing and mitigating change risks
- Ensuring detailed project documentation and updates to key stakeholders is maintained
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders, planning teams and delivery teams to ensure feedback remains continuous
Your previous experience is likely to include
- Extensive experience in IT shared services or MSP, with a proven track record in successful programme and project delivery and change management
- Driving significant IT change and achieving impactful results
- Managing third-party suppliers in terms of commercials, deliverables and quality assurance
- Project and programme management tooling and ensuring these are managing projects through their lifecycle
