Description
The IT Customer Support Engineer's responsibilities will include:
- Be a go-to IT support & troubleshooting specialist
- Work in an in-house support team and provide in-house customer support for the organizations portfolio
- Being highly collaborative and communicative and handle complex technical issues by working closely with other members of the support team.
- Utilize the organizations CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure all data is accurate
- Train clients and customers
- Be willing to go the extra mile for the organization
Profile
The IT Customer Support Engineer will have the following experience:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years IT Support experience
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft based PC's (Hardware & Software).
- Medical Device industry experience (or similar highly regulated industry experience) is preferred
- Experience working in an ISO 13485 regulated company
- Excellent communication both written and verbal is a must
Job Offer
Included in the compensation package:
- Base salary ranging from $90k-$105k
