Job Duties:
  • Support the maintenance and management of the organization's IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and warranties. Assist in the acquisition, deployment, and decommissioning of IT assets.
  • Ensure all assets are efficiently and effectively deployed
  • Support and sustain infrastructure environment through Active Directory, SCCM, Configuration Manager, and a variety of Remote Server Administration tools.
  • Respond to and resolve issues related to IT assets. Coordinate with IT support teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Microsoft 365 and Cloud service administration
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service experiences by using effective communication in answering incoming calls, e-mail, and other channels while meeting key department performance metrics
  • Organize, oversee, and manage projects as assigned. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Deliver solutions to issues pertaining to software and hardware systems through analytical and critical thinking. Perform other duties as assigned, have flexibility to work
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Competency in email usage and etiquette to effectively communicate both operational and service information
  • Efficient in using Microsoft software products such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word. ServiceNow experience is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, collect and analyze data, prepare response strategies
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with management staff and team members
  • Must be able to work under limited supervision and have excellent analytical, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical certificate or 2 years of verifiable technical experience is preferred.
  • At least five (2) years of experience Managing Windows 10/11 workstations and group policy administration in an active directory domain environment and/or Microsoft 365 solutions is preferred.
  • Linux server administration experience is a plus
  • Package deployment and patch management via SCCM/WSUS experience is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Service is preferred
