Our client, a leader in technology support, is seeking a TSG Support Technician with Driving to join their team. As a TSG Support Technician, you will be part of the Technology Support Group, providing essential assistance to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Support Technician with Driving
Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Pay Range: $21.15 per hour
What's the Job? - Provide support activities in an assigned area, ensuring efficient technology operations.
- Perform equipment exchanges and maintain accurate inventory controls.
- Install software and conduct program updates while troubleshooting and resolving issues on computer and telecommunication systems.
- Train users on supported software and hardware, enhancing their understanding from both a user and technical perspective.
- Assist users in resolving computer-related problems, including inoperative hardware or software, while traveling to various locations as needed.
What's Needed? - Associate's Degree in Computer Science required; Bachelor's preferred.
- A+ certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
