• At least 1-3 years of experience in IT compliance, technical support, service desk support, paralegal, or similar roles.
• Prior experience working in risk, compliance.
• Prior experience utilizing ticketing systems (ServiceNow is a plus.)
• Flexible, willing to learn, and able to deal with grey areas.
• Strong analytical skills and initiative.

Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an IT Compliance Specialist to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves executing controls, reviewing evidence, and coordinating manual access reviews. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, macros, and Outlook, as well as has previous experience using a ticketing system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute controls and review evidence to ensure compliance.
• Help with access reviews and coordinate them manually.
• Validate certain controls, validate access, and put in tickets to ServiceNow.
• Run reports out of ServiceNow for changes and create agendas for change control meetings.
• Use tools like Splunk for access reviews and validating access and passwords.
• Support change control meetings by communicating on change controls (not changing systems themselves).
• Document processes
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure compliance and support.
$28/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
