As IT Compliance Manager, you'll provide expert guidance on ensuring AF/A4P IT portfolio compliance with Public Law, Federal, DoD, and Air Force directives governing IT investment, management, and operations. You will also facilitate Organizational Execution Plan (OEP) briefings for USecAF certification and ensure adherence to DoD Instruction 5000.02 for managing acquisition programs within the Adaptive Acquisition Framework. What you'll do: You will collaborate with A4 CIO & Logistics IT Portfolio system owners to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, directives, and acquisition policies. You will oversee IT portfolio management, providing resources and processes to optimize investments while supporting Agile governance and execution. You will prepare OEP briefings for senior leadership approval, ensuring that IT investments align with Air Force priorities and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. What you'll need to succeed: An active Top-Secret security clearance 5+ years of experience as an AF IT Compliance SME providing Agile coaching, governance, portfolio management, and IT compliance support. Experience with providing portfolio ownership support, resources, and processes to manage IT investments across DAF mission areas. Experience with developing Organizational Execution Plan (OEP) briefings presented to the USecAF to certify funding for Defense business systems in the Business Mission Area. Provides guidance for complying with established policy and prescribed procedures for managing acquisition programs in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.02 (Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework).
