IT Business Operations Manager - Cybersecurity

As a Cybersecurity IT Business Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• In partnership with key stakeholders, lead the development and management of the cyber budget. This includes but is not limited to pro-active tracking and consolidation of all current and projected expenditures into a multi-year forecast, monthly accruals and forecast adjustments, variance explanations, and QORs.
• Serve as primary liaison between cyber, IT, and FP&A stakeholders ensuring adherence to financial processes and reporting requirements, and cross-functional transparency of cyber financials.
• Drive strategic decision-making through the proactive identification and communication of budgetary risks and opportunities to key cyber stakeholders.
• Implement processes and governance to ensure all purchases are authorized, in alignment with forecast, within approved spend thresholds, and in adherence to organizational sourcing and spend governance processes.
• Lead process improvement and simplification initiatives across financial processes and spend visibility
• In partnership with functional teams, pro-actively manage cyber vendor contracts and spend. This includes but is not limited to tracking and coordination of contract renewals, tracking and coordination of invoicing, and due diligence assurance related to payment and services rendered.
