  • Job Summary
    • The IT Business Operations Coordinator position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of IT business operations. This position involves overseeing a range of operational activities, including, but not limited to, project coordination, resource management, process optimization and business management. The IT Business Coordinator is responsible for validating and monitoring operational solutions, proposals for efficacy, capacity, and performance and is responsible for maintaining seamless communication and collaboration between IT teams and various business units. Additionally, this role may involve contract management, serving as a liaison with vendors, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and overseeing invoicing. This multifaceted role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both IT and business processes.
  • Job Requirements
    • Education
        • Preferred: Associates degree in business, health administration, or related field.
    • Experience
        • Required: minimum 5 years of experience in information technology, business, healthcare, or related field OR Associates degree in business, health administration, or related field.
    • Skills
        • Clear and effective communication.
        • Understanding of fundamental IT concepts and terminology.
        • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring that projects/operational activities are completed on time.
        • Working effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
        • Basic problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
        • Basic ability to create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
