Within this role you will be a vital part of the IOPS IT Business Operations function supporting core business services such as Communications Management, Resource Management, Organizational Change Management and Procurement Support.
As an IT Business Operations Analyst, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Generating content and coordinating IOPS IT communications
- Helps develop and maintain IT communication policies, procedures, and guidelines to support the increased visibility of IT across IOPS
- Supports development of IOPS IT presence on the Regeneron Intranet; SharePoint web page development and content management for the IOPS IT SharePoint intranet sites/pages
- Provides engaging content for existing site communication channels, including production of IT Business Operations updates & IT Newsletters
- Works with the IT Business Operations team in updating the relevant communications platforms, dashboards and metrics to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization.
- Administer & maintain the Resource Management Application
- Supports the Resource managers/Project managers in developing/generating reports and tracking metrics to support their resource needs.
- Ensures all data relating to headcount planning & hiring is up to date and communicated.
- Coordinates and manages a collaborative Organizational Change Strategy
- Provides support for procurement activities to IOPS IT team members and liaises with the global procurement organization.
- Supports the IT Business Operations Manager as required in continuous improvement initiatives.
This role might be for you if you are:
- Sufficiently experienced in the areas of Business Communications
- Knowledgeable in Resource Management processes and practices and comfortable using associated applications.
- Experienced in applying an Organizational Change Management Framework
- Familiar with enterprise systems which support procurement activities.
- Are detail oriented and focused on maintaining data to a high standard & accuracy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members with tact and diplomacy
- Have a good level of independence, judgment and basic problem-solving skills.
- Are comfortable acting as a point person for tasks/projects.
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate with team members.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BA/BS in Business, Communications, Management or related field and 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office & SharePoint is required.
