Position type: Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC
As a(n) IT Business Analyst > you will:
Required Skills- Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution.
- Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements.
- Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied.
- Provides support to UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and determine whether a defect is a new requirement, or truly a defect.
- Ability to communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
- Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, feature writing, story grooming and sprint planning.
