Job Description

• Manage and optimize SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Oversee network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement security measures.
• Provide technical support for Point of Sale (POS) systems, workstations, and related hardware/software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related challenges and implement solutions.
• Utilize programming skills to develop scripts and automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with database (SQL Server)
• POS experience preferred but not required
• Network experience
• Experience programming
• Troubleshooting ability
• Bilingual in Korean
• IT Associate: 1+ years of experience
• IT Manager: 3+ years of experience
