Akkodis is partnering with a Fortune 500 company in Erie, PA, recruiting customer service oriented candidates to provide support as an IT Asset Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, storage, disbursement and transportation of IT assets/stock
  • Preparation and packaging of stock for shipment
  • Retirement of stock and preparation for disposal (including required sanitization operations)
  • Counts of stock
  • Organization, cleaning and maintenance of the stock room
  • Delivery, setup, shipping and provisioning of IT hardware and equipment
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and recovery of Windows and Apple based equipment
  • Documentation and ticketing in ServiceNow
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CIS or related field preferred; Experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
  • Two years' customer service experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software, systems and processes.
  • Previous experience in a help desk or desktop support based role preferred
  • Formal ticketing software experience highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Erie, PA

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
