Description & Requirements

We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Health Cloud and Federal environments to design and implement scalable, secure solutions for government clients. The role involves leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and HIPAA, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.Per VES contract requirements, staff working on the VES project must be a US Citizen or US Legal Resident (green card holders)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the architectural integrity of the program and maintaining the enterprise vision of the solution from a technical and business perspective.

- Responsible for the business/technical solution and guiding what should be done within the program to ensure alignment with the enterprise strategy.

- Provide technical design, prototype development, and support to program management in the initiation, design, development, implementation, maintenance and management of service- based enterprise architecture.

- Lead enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.

• Architect complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud.

• Ensure compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).

• Lead integration efforts using APIs and tools like MuleSoft.

• Oversee the design, data models, and system integrations for Health Cloud.

• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.

• Guide development teams and conduct technical reviews.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; Health Cloud certification preferred.

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.

• Strong experience with Health Cloud and federal compliance.

• Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning, API integrations, and DevOps.

• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GovCloud, HL7, and large-scale healthcare systems.

• Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Location & Travel:

• Remote position with occasional on-site requirements.

• Ability to obtain security clearance if required

Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
