Soni's client is seeking an experienced
IT Architect and team lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of CRM and communication platforms. This role is hands-on and includes oversight of live chat, email, SMS, and voice systems across B2C and B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a strategic roadmap for CRM and omnichannel communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Dialpad, HeyMarket).
- Design scalable system architectures and integrations with platforms like telephony, data warehouses, and loan origination systems.
- Oversee the administration and customization of HubSpot, including workflows, permissions, data modeling, API integrations, and reporting.
- Lead the team in supporting CRM-related helpdesk tickets and projects.
- Support Marketing operations within HubSpot through workflow development and issue resolution.
- Manage training programs, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional stakeholder needs.
- Own the product lifecycle of CRM and SMS platforms.
Qualifications: - Experience architecting communication systems (email, text, voice).
- Strong CRM expertise, particularly with HubSpot.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Mortgage or lending industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: up to $180,000 annually
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
