Essential Job Functions

Job Summary: This role involves working on system integration and automation processes within IT and production facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Label Formats, and low-code solutions, and will be responsible for enhancing and standardizing label printing automations, supporting label printing architecture, automating tasks using low-code platforms, and developing system integrations between various systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Label Printing Automations: Enhance and standardize label printing automations to ensure consistency and efficiency across production facilities.
  • System Integration: Develop and maintain system integrations between various systems such as Syteline, Salesforce, SharePoint, and JIRA to streamline processes and improve data flow.
  • Low-Code Development: Utilize low-code platforms like Power Apps and JIRA to create custom applications and workflows that meet business requirements.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for label printing architecture and other integrated systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business architects, development teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all development and integration processes to ensure clarity and continuity.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Label Formats, and low-code solutions.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and automation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Power Apps and other low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with Syteline and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of label printing architecture and processes.
Documentation and Training:

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows.

Train end-users on using custom applications and system features.

Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues.
  • Security and Compliance:
Implement security best practices in coordination with Cyber Security for all integrated systems.

Participate in security audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with IT teams, facilities management, and other stakeholders.

Participate in cross-functional projects related to technology infrastructure

Job Requirements
  • Experience involving integrated systems and similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, and VLANs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Working Conditions
  • Mostly office environment, occasional light manufacturing environment
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting
  • Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required.
  • May work remotely.
  • Mostly normal business hours with occasional need to flex hours
