Description
Implement and manage ITIL processes: Oversee and manage key ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management to ensure seamless IT operations.
Maintain and improve CMDB: Ensure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is accurately maintained and continually improved to support IT service management.
Oversee SDLC processes: Supervise the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure best practices are followed from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with development teams to integrate ITIL practices into the SDLC and improve overall application development processes.
Profile
- Proficiency in programming: They should be skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, and .NET, with experience in software development and tools.

Job Offer
The compensation for this role is between $130,000 to $155,000 base salary, depending on experience, with the potential for an annual bonus based on performance.
