Description


  • Implement and manage ITIL processes: Oversee and manage key ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management to ensure seamless IT operations.

  • Maintain and improve CMDB: Ensure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is accurately maintained and continually improved to support IT service management.

  • Oversee SDLC processes: Supervise the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure best practices are followed from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with development teams to integrate ITIL practices into the SDLC and improve overall application development processes.


Profile


  • Proficiency in programming: They should be skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java, and .NET, with experience in software development and tools.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge: The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, ensuring efficient IT service management.

  • Experience with SDLC: A successful candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing the SDLC, ensuring best practices are followed throughout development.


Job Offer

The compensation for this role is between $130,000 to $155,000 base salary, depending on experience, with the potential for an annual bonus based on performance.
