One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for an IT Administrator located in Warrendale, PA.
Position Summary:

We're seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage day-to-day technical operations with a strong focus on Office 365 support, infrastructure maintenance, and user support. This position is onsite in Warrendale, PA due to proximity to hardware and infrastructure. You will be the go-to person for internal IT issues, working alongside a small support team and reporting directly to the IT Systems Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) including licensing, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Support and manage Microsoft Teams phones and related systems.
  • Assist in migrating and managing servers to Microsoft Azure.
  • Provide hands-on desktop support to both in-office and remote employees.
  • Configure and maintain firewall settings and hardware; manage VPN connectivity.
  • Maintain hardware, update systems, and monitor infrastructure performance.
  • Collaborate with third-party MSPs for high-level support, acting as the internal point of contact.
  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Participate in planning and executing IT upgrades and equipment refreshes (2-3 year lifecycle).
  • Document systems, procedures, and known issues for internal reference.
  • Foster a team-centric culture by supporting other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional IT support experience, particularly in Office 365 environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related Microsoft tools.
  • Experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals in a mixed environment.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, basic server administration, and managing VPN connections.
  • Ability to support and maintain firewall rules and home-office IT equipment.
  • Proactive and organized with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to managing or supporting Teams Voice/VoIP systems.
  • Experience working with or managing MSP relationships.
  • Background in supporting a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with basic networking, patch management, and security updates.
