IT Administrator.
The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting both hotel and corporate operations by ensuring seamless IT support, implementing new technology, and optimizing system processes. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Insights & Systems, this role is responsible for maintaining and securing various IT systems across the managed portfolio, identifying emerging technology trends, and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency. The IT Administrator will also coordinate IT projects, manage vendor relationships, and conduct system audits to ensure compliance and reliability.

Some travel may be required, including site visits for IT installations and project oversight.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their System needs, identify opportunities for process optimization/improvement, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain new technologies to streamline processes and increase reliability, maintaining clear documentation for standards and procedures.
- Design scalable technology solutions to provide seamless support for business objectives.
- Coordinate procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT equipment
- Provide administrative support for hardware and software used throughout the organization.
- Manage IT Projects and coordinate Vendor relationships.
- Conduct IT System Audits, including onsite hardware, software, and licenses.
- Regularly review and stay updated on current security standards to ensure system security and compliance.
- Support the Director of Strategic Insights & Systems in special projects as needed.
- Must be willing to provide support during outages as they occur.
Required Skills and Abilities: - Must have a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Self-starter, able to proactively seek new initiatives for continual improvement.
- Comfortable with setting deadlines and following through with limited external involvement.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across departments and skill levels.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies required.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure preferred.
- Familiarity with data processing and scripting (SQL, Python, Cron/automation).
- Certifications through CompTIA, ITIL, or other IT related credentials are a plus.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (any level) is a plus.
- Certification through PMI such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.
- Experience with Hilton and Marriot systems is a plus.
Special Requirements: - Must be willing to travel on occasion, including overnight.
- Ability to safely work brief periods of time on an active construction site as it relates to overseeing IT installation.
- Understanding of Network cabling and ability to terminate small amounts of Cat6 cabling.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for typing and data entry.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
