We are currently seeking a part-time IT Admin to join our team. The IT Admin will report to and work closely with the Database Systems Analyst. The individual's main responsibility will be to manage active directory and domain security, assist with network maintenance, contribute to company web development and implement effective AI solutions.
Location:
- Primary offices: Long Island City, Queens Main Office & Bruckner Blvd, Bronx Office
- Occasional visits to field offices across all 5 boroughs of New York
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday at 20 hours per week, with consistent daily availability for a 4-hour block preferably between 8 AM and 12 PM
- This is a part-time position, which may be considered for transition to full-time status after 90 days, contingent upon performance, business needs, and other relevant factors at the discretion of the company.
Qualifications:
- Final semester student or recent graduate seeking part-time/internship opportunity, to potentially transition to full-time after period of 90 days.
- An undergraduate major or graduate degree in computer science, information technology or any IT related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy tech devices for new hires.
- Manage Active Directory, domain, and mobile device security.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Assist in maintaining and securing company networks.
- Administer in-house software licenses and applications.
- Support internal web and custom app development.
- Research and implement practical AI solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Analyze, modify, or expand existing systems to improve functionality and meet evolving business needs.
- Assist staff in systems usage and best practices.
