Job Summary:

UK Education Abroad & Exchanges (UK EA) is a unit of the International Center that facilitates for-credit global learning programs. The Process & Technology Coordinator serves as the system administrator (primary "Super User") of the third-party education abroad application management system (Terra Dotta Software (TDS , including managing the system functions, training users, and troubleshooting issues. This position will also ensure UK EA software, databases, and online presence align with national best practices, while identifying and implementing technological and process improvements based on evolving trends. Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem is required, including extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate to design, streamline, and optimize workflows and data integration across platforms.

Additionally, the Process & Technology Coordinator will oversee the UK EA website to ensure brand standards are met and will utilize analytics tools to measure, report on, and continuously improve the unit's web presence and performance.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Successful candidates should have experience and/or working knowledge of enterprise-level applications and tools (i.e. SAP, Tableau, etc.) to assess data, alert supervisors to changes in trends and manage system enhancements. Candidates should have experience with website design and be able to develop new features as needed. Candidates should also have experience with online content management systems (i.e. Terra Dotta Software). Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, process management, time management and a high degree of professionalism. Candidate must be proficient with web content management and have promotion and outreach experience, as it relates to maintaining UK Education Abroad's online presence. Desirable qualities include international education experience, skills in outcomes assessment, experience working with responsive design and knowledge of online application database software.
