The Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing and distributing accurate financial reports to investors. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and investor agreements. The analyst also collaborates with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and provides insights to improve reporting processes. Additionally, this position requires maintaining strong relationships with investors by addressing inquiries and providing timely and transparent information.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for investors, ensuring compliance with agreements and regulatory standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and adjust financial data and remittance reports based on industry guidelines and investor requirements, including preparing corresponding wire transfers.
  • Review and reconcile various custodial bank accounts to ensure all outstanding items are cleared promptly.
  • Address and resolve accounting discrepancies due to system errors and suggest corrections to improve system accuracy and prevent future issues.
  • Maintain and update reporting systems and databases to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document and maintain policies and procedures (P&P) specific to their assigned investors.
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties, providing clear and detailed information as needed.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance trends to assist investors in decision-making and identify process improvements.
  • Coordinate with finance, accounting, and other departments to gather necessary data for comprehensive reporting.
  • Participate in regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Cross-train with other Analysts to ensure coverage and continuity of operations during absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
