Role Description:
Are you ready to unlock your potential with a growing CRE investment firm and begin making a real impact from day one? We are seeking a driven, articulate, and relationship-focused Investor Relations Lead to oversee capital raising, manage existing investor relationships, and build scalable systems to grow our investor base. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll steward relationships, run fundraising processes, and build investor communication and acquisition pipelines from the ground up. You will work closely with CEO on the structuring and execution of these plans.
Role Mission:
The successful candidate's mission is to cultivate and expand existing and new investor realtionships. You will leverage data-driven insights, strategic planning, and financial acumen, to provide exceptional service to our existing investor base as well as new investors onboarding to the company. This position will think creatively around growth campaigns, educational campaigns, and value creation techniquest fo our investment partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Management & Fundraising
- Manage and nurture relationships with 90+ existing investors, ensuring regular touchpoints, updates, and high-touch service
- Lead equity fundraising efforts for upcoming deals - from crafting outreach strategies to closing capital commitments
- Serve as the first point of contact for all investor inquiries
Investor Acquisition & Growth
- Build and execute campaigns to attract new high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Develop and refine investor funnels, prospecting sequences, and qualification workflows
- Collaborate with marketing to create collateral, email campaigns, webinars, and in-person events to educate and engage investors
- Attend conferences and speak on behalf of the company and its strategy
Process & Systems Building
- Implement and manage CRM tools and investor dashboards to organize data, track engagement, and automate communication
- Manage and maintain the investor portal set up for each investment and investor.
- Build SOPs and reporting systems to ensure timely investor communication during the raise, execution, and hold periods
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with CEO, acquisitions, and asset management teams to understand deal structures, investment theses, and market positioning
- Support investor presentations, pitch decks, and quarterly reporting
