A bit about us:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Investor Relations Specialist. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our multi-unit / private equity division, being the first hire dedicated to building out the Investor Relations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our investors, while providing strategic insights and financial analysis to support our growth.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage a strategic investor relations plan to effectively communicate the company's strategy, performance, and prospects to investors and analysts.
2. Provide investors with an accurate portrayal of the company's performance and prospects, including preparing and presenting financial information.
3. Coordinate the production of annual and quarterly reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct competitive analysis on industry peers, including financial metrics and differentiation.
5. Coordinate and lead quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and company events.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in company messaging and strategy.
7. Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and communicate new financial and non-financial disclosures through presentations, press releases, and direct communication with investors, analysts, and media.
8. Develop and maintain a robust Investor Relations section on the company's website.
9. Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
Qualifications:
1. MBA degree from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or a related field, preferably in the private equity sector.
3. Strong knowledge of investment analysis and financial modeling.
4. Excellent proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manipulate complex financial models.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
6. Strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, and experience with financial reporting.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
8. High level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.
9. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
