The Investor Coverage Group develops and institutionalizes relationships with a broad network of capital allocators and alternative asset managers globally. The group works closely with Devon Park's deal teams and other stakeholders to deliver thoughtful and creative solutions to clients, who include notable limited partners from the world's largest pension and sovereign wealth funds to family offices.


Our client relationships are built on trust and discretion. Many of these relationships have been developed over multiple decades, providing us with senior-level access and credibility with key decision-makers at each organization. The team gleans proprietary insights regarding each investor's unique investment criteria, philosophy, and behavior. The Investor Coverage Group is critical to Devon Park's success as the face of the firm that bridges investment opportunities with external constituents. Responsibilities:


Devon Park seeks to hire a highly motivated investor coverage analyst located in Wellington, Florida. As part of a small and collaborative team, the analyst will work closely with senior coverage officers to support the firm's capital formation efforts and strategic advisory initiatives. This individual will gain meaningful exposure to private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies. The role offers significant growth opportunities to a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter eager to build a career in private markets. The analyst will perform the following:

  • Maintain and enhance Devon Park's CRM database and produce reports of investor and sponsor commentary, meeting takeaways, feedback, and interests
  • Prepare tailored presentation materials that align with Devon Park's brand and standards
  • Arrange logistics for investor meetings and produce detailed briefing materials in advance of roadshows and conferences
  • Coordinate timely follow-up with clients, including the distribution of marketing materials and NDAs
  • Assist with drafting of buyers lists for transaction pipeline and identifying the appropriate individual contacts for each opportunity
  • Track market data to assist the group's communications with fund managers and limited partners
  • Support activities of senior bankers across various strategic initiatives

Requirements:


Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 1 year of relevant work experience at an investment bank, placement agent, or similar
  • Proven academic excellence with exacting attention to detail, high standards of accuracy, and consistently high-quality work product
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to develop a deep understanding of secondaries, private markets, and private fund structures
  • Effective and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) across formats (e.g., thought leadership pieces, meeting minutes, email) to internal and external audiences
  • Desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
  • Impressive responsiveness with a relentless work ethic
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple internal and external workstreams simultaneously
  • Proactive team player who continuously looks for innovative ways to add value to clients, prospects, and internal partners
  • Resourceful and proficient in gathering market intelligence and data from various sources such as industry publications, databases, whitepapers, and reports to further the goals of clients and our firm
  • Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial culture
  • Role is in-person in South Florida. Candidates must relocate if not local
