As a Investment Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying emerging market opportunities and developing strategic relationships with multifamily owners across the nation.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Sales professional with a passion for real estate and a strong drive to succeed
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and persistent in identifying new opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred; Ohio Real Estate License required (or must be obtained within 12 weeks of start date)
A Day in the Life of a Verti Investment Sales Associate
- Sourcing and originating commercial multifamily opportunities
- Developing strategic relationships with sellers in targeted MSAs
- Evaluating opportunities by assessing market conditions, potential investment returns, and value-add prospects
- Managing the pre-listing process and negotiations between sellers and Verti CRE
- Conducting market research and staying informed on real estate trends

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary + Commission, with first-year earnings potential of $70,000-$125,000
