Description
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify infrastructure investment opportunities
Perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence for direct, joint venture, indirect, and co-investment strategies
Prepare detailed investment memos for presentation to decision-making committees
Assist with asset management, overseeing infrastructure portfolio performance
Provide research and portfolio management support to senior leadership, working closely with internal teams and external partners
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum two years of experience in infrastructure investment or advisory roles
Strong expertise in market evaluation, risk management, and portfolio strategy within the infrastructure sector
Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation proficiency
Experience working with financial sponsors, joint venture partners, and government agencies, ideally with prior transaction exposure
Excellent writing skills for drafting reports, memos, and investment committee communications
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency
- Bilingual-Korean is mandatory for this role
Job Offer
$150,000 - $200,000.
