- Play a critical role in transaction execution across M&A and capital raising mandates ( 70% M&A).
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and client-ready presentation materials
- Coordinate due diligence efforts and support senior dealmakers across all phases of the transaction
- Engage directly with founders, management teams, and counterparties.
Ideal Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in M&A execution at a leading investment banking group. Technology deal experience is not required
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier institution
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and comfort operating in lean deal teams
- Strong interpersonal communication and project management capabilities
