Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise clients on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and restructuring. 2. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for clients. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, trading, and operations. 5. Prepare and present client pitches, financial models, and other materials. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
