Inventory Specialist in
Spokane, WA. As an
Inventory Specialist you will:
- Perform basic functions necessary to insure a smooth efficient flow of parts. Includes receiving, stocking, cycle counting, preparing, and shipping customer orders.
- Receive and inspect materials delivered because of purchase orders. Match goods against purchase orders, packing slips and manufacturer's part number to ensure the correct parts and quantities are processed.
- Package parts for shipments and ship customer orders.
- Pull parts from inventory locations based on customer order pick lists.
- Stock items on shelves in accordance with orderly inventory location system.
- Unload trucks and deliver parts to job line
- Keep inventory records updated to reflect current and accurate information.
- Perform cycle counting on all inventory items to ensure accurate inventory.
- Maintain work area in a safe and organized manner.
- Keep the supervisor informed of pertinent issues involving inventory and perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
- Assigned to support specialty inventory roles as needed
This is a
full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn our ERP system, Epicor.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to identify priorities and switch one's attention to support workload needs
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $45,000 per year.Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
