  • Collaborate with production and procurement to forecast inventory needs based on sales and production planning.
  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including inspections and labeling.
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Track inventory KPIs and develop reporting tools for internal use.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the inventory system.
  • Assist in system upgrades, process documentation, and training as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain management will also be considered.
  • 1-3 years of inventory management experience in a fast-paced, product-based environment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to get hands-on.
