Responsibilities:

Pillars To Success: The Inventory Specialist plays a pivotal role in achieving retail success by embodying Feature's ethos and overseeing crucial aspects:

Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment:
    1. Process online orders promptly and accurately.
    2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
    3. Ensure orders are fulfilled on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Discrepancy Research:
    1. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory counts and recorded quantities.
    2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
    3. Document and report findings to management as needed.
  • Inbound and Outgoing Shipments:
    1. Receive incoming shipments of merchandise, verifying contents and ensuring accurate recording in inventory systems.
    2. Organize and label incoming inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
    3. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling.
  • Inventory Management:
    1. Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management software or databases.
    2. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
    3. Monitor inventory levels and reorder points, communicating with the inventory manager regarding stock replenishment needs.
  • Upkeeping of Inventory Dashboards:
    1. Update inventory dashboards and reports with current stock levels and other relevant information.
    2. Collaborate with the inventory manager to optimize inventory management processes and systems.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of progressive retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of team development.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment effectively.
