General Summary: The Inventory Management Clerk is responsible for maintaining the organization of vehicle inventory, receiving and shipping vehicles, scanning inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role also includes lot maintenance, vehicle preparation for shipping, and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute processes as defined by work instructions and standardized work
  • Participate in training of new associates
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure daily lot maintenance and security of the display areas
  • Receive and prepare vehicles for shipping
  • Scan vehicles to ensure accurate product status
  • Complete vehicle wash and vacuuming as needed
  • Perform lot wash and merchandising
  • Drive vehicles on and off lot for repairs/storage
  • Support Auctions when necessary
  • Adhere to workplace cleanliness and organization standards
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Current driver's license, ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data, high school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred, ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.

Working Conditions: This role involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions, flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires prolonged periods of standing and walking.
