Leidos' Defense Systems Colorado Manufacturing Facility is seeking a talented Inventory Coordinator to join our team located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible completing inventory cycle counts, issuing material to jobs, and maintaining inventory spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have inventory management experience and exceptional attention to detail. Apply and share your resume with us today. Primary Responsibilities Oversee receiving functions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the operating system. Manage inventory control for fixed assets, conduct cycle counts, and perform physical inventories in accordance with company policies. Maintain inventory turnover by utilizing FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Ensure appropriate stocking levels are met consistently. Collaborate closely with management to coordinate shipments. Organize and label inventory systematically in partnership with warehouse staff. Oversee on-site inventory management across multiple locations. Engage effectively in collaborative discussions. Update and maintain physical inventory records in the computer system. Report all inventory-related issues to the Inventory Manager. Basic Qualifications Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED with at least five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Inventory management software are required. Must be available to work the 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and willingness to be flexible and work overtime as necessary. Must be capable of lifting to 35 lbs., standing for extended periods, and operating standard material transfer equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
