1st Shift Inventory Coordinator
Pay: $16-$18/ per hour
Location: 933 Meacham Rd C, Statesville, NC 28677
Full-Time On-Site
Plasgad USA LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team. In this position, you'll be responsible for operational tasks performed in the raw material warehouse, issuing, receiving, and counting material daily. This includes managing all material coming in, quality control, and verification.
Reports to: Logistics Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Receive and issue raw materials daily
- Check materials for quality and report any issues
- Assist with keeping materials organized and easy to find
- Support the materials planning and Logistics department with day-to-day warehouse operations
- Occasionally assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the warehouse
What We're Looking For:
️Must Have's
- 1+ year of warehouse or forklift experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Good basic math skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Dependable, organized, and a strong team player
- Able to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and work with a sense of urgency
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Nice-to-Haves:
- 1-2 years of inventory control or shipping/receiving experience
- Experience using inventory software and Excel
- Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Previous experience in a lead or team-support role
