Pay: Position starts at $18 an hour
Position Summary: IC Clerk is a position where you will perform crucial IC job functions, some examples of IC duties include how to slot, make inventory adjustments, write up root causes, check receiving errors, fixing racks, learning date codes and related processes, handling TWI and orphan freight, counting product quantities, fixing stock wrongs, and processing NPI, MCR, and transfers.
Overview of Job Functions: - Count various items on a daily basis
- Weigh and measure items as needed
- Breakdown display merchandise as requested by Buyers and repack merchandise when necessary
- Verify and adjust quantities and WMS balance on hand
- Use WMS to assign pick locations for all merchandise for promotions and seasonal events
- Communicate with Purchasing, Merchandise Billing and Operation Supervisors
- Knowledge of all screens on WMS and CICS
- Utilize PowerBi to improve DC metrics
- Manage date codes, expired items, and on hold items regularly
- Use a computer and RF gun daily
- Complete root cause sheets and research BOH issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by Lead/Supervisor/Management
- Reassignment to other departments occurs as needed
Required Qualifications: - 1-2 years' experience in Inventory Control in a warehouse environment preferred
- Must be self-motivated and a team player able to work independently and in groups
- Must have a good attendance and safety record
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good math and problem-solving skills and be able to reason logically
- Ability to read, write and count accurately
- Ability to operate a computer, calculator, and other office equipment
- Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to interact on a professional level, whether by telephone or other means, with all support areas
- Must work with a sense of urgency
- Will provide training on power equipment (Order Picker)
- Frequent bending/reaching/stooping; constant walking/standing/climbing
- Physical Demands: This position has a frequent-medium heavy lifting requirement of 1 - 20 lbs, 34-66% of time. Occasional very heavy lifting requirement of up to 75 lbs, 0-33% of time. Other physical activities include constant bending/reaching/stooping, (67-100%). Constant walking/standing climbing (67-100%).

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $25.65
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
