About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support our production operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Count and record electronic parts in stock.
- Compare inventory records with actual stock and reconcile discrepancies.
- Investigate and report inventory variances.
- Track material receipts and disbursements.
- Prepare inventory reports, price lists, and shortage summaries.
- Recommend actions for defective or unusable items.
- Stock and issue parts to the production floor.
- Receive incoming materials and route them appropriately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory control role.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements: - Frequently required to walk, stand, and use hands.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
Work Environment: - Moderate noise level.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
