Position: Inventory Control Clerk Department: Accounting

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Performing all of the essential functions, maintaining minimum and physical requirements, and following inventory control policies and procedures

• Processing food and beverage invoices - having the ability to balance receiver to invoice and input PO's into Oracle System.

• Generating and processing blanket PO's; processing warehouse pick slips and check vendor bids and complete short pays

• Completing basic inventory functions at month end such as counting and using inventory scanners

• Must be able to perform basic data entry and efficient with 10 key.
• Inventory Control JDE knowledge and experience.
• ICG knowledge and experience.
• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
