Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description This employee will be mainly responsible for receiving shipments of goods, moving, and lifting boxes, and organizing storage rooms. This staff should also be capable of taking inventory if needed.
Responsibilities - Receive and process incoming shipments of goods.
- Move and lift boxes as required.
- Organize storage rooms efficiently.
- Take inventory when necessary.
- Ensure accurate data entry and inventory control using RF scanners.
Essential Skills - Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience with inventory management and cycle counts.

Work Environment Work hours are Monday to Friday, or Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. The role may require prolonged periods of sitting. The work involves using RF scanners and managing inventory. Dress code and specific work conditions will be communicated during the onboarding process.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TEMPE, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
