Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Job Description

Work in the warehouse area conducting finished goods and raw material counts to ensure storage locations are accurate. Daily reconciliation of inventory is essential. If there is a discrepancy in counts, you will need to investigate and resolve it. You will be involved in core warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, shipping, and custom packaging. Understanding the concepts of first-expired-first-out (FEFO) and first-in-first-out (FIFO) for raw materials is important. Monitoring and identifying short shelf life, expired, and slow-moving inventory to reduce product loss is also part of your responsibilities. You will take ownership of mock recalls and product withdrawals, systematically following identified product lot codes and transactions. Maintaining the cycle count schedule to monitor the health of lot/item/location integrity and prioritizing issues causing inventory discrepancies is crucial. You must identify and investigate all inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
