Inventory Specialist ($18/hr)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage the data entry of parts and ensure accurate inventory accounting within our company database. This role involves the physical relocation of incoming inventory, conducting daily cycle counts, and maintaining a systematic inventory system.

Responsibilities
  • Enter parts data from the receiving clerk into the company inventory database accurately.
  • Perform physical relocation of incoming inventory from both internal and external sources to the proper bin or staged job location.
  • Conduct daily random cycle counts of all available inventories, aiming for a 100% complete inventory count on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain an accurate and systematic inventory accounting system.
  • Ensure all parts are located in a systematic, similar part type method.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Work Environment

The role is based in a semi-climate-controlled manufacturing facility, operating from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible voluntary overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
