Job Responsibilities: - Vehicle Labeling: Apply stickers to new and used vehicles according to dealership standards
- Key Management: Accurately manage vehicle keys by using the keeper system, ensuring that all keys are logged in and out in a timely manner
- Vehicle Detailing Coordination: Schedule vehicles that have been sold to be put on the detailing list, ensuring they are prepared for delivery to the customer
- Inventory Tracking: Assist in tracking inventory movement with the prep department and ensure that vehicles are properly stored and documented
- Assist Prep Team: Support the prep department with any other tasks related to vehicle readiness, including organizing vehicles for detailing and inspection process
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the prep area is clean, organized, and safe for all team members
Qualifications: - Proficient in using computer systems and equipment
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance
- Previous experience in automotive dealership is a plus but not required
- Ability to manage multiple task with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
