Value Wholesaler Inc, a leading Windows & Doors manufacturer in the Southern California area is currently hiring for an Inventory Control Analyst in Duarte, CA.


The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, and ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of goods. This role involves regular interaction with warehouse staff and other departments to support inventory management processes and ensure smooth operations.



Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor



Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Tracking:
    1. Update inventory records and systems regularly to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
    2. Conduct physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
    3. Assist in maintaining the integrity of inventory data in the ERP system.
  2. Receiving and Storage:
    1. Coordinate the receipt of goods, raw materials, and supplies, verifying packing lists and ensuring items are correctly recorded.
    2. Ensure that goods are stored in the designated areas and maintain proper storage conditions.
    3. Assist in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  3. Order Fulfillment:
    1. Prepare and process orders for delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
    2. Verify the accuracy of orders by comparing them with packing lists and inventory records.
    3. Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order picking and packing.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory documentation.
    2. Assist in preparing inventory reports for internal and external purposes.
    3. Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented and filed.
  5. Communication and Coordination:
    1. Communicate with other departments and stakeholders regarding inventory-related inquiries.
    2. Provide support to warehouse staff and assist in coordinating inventory activities.
    3. Participate in inventory audits and process improvement initiatives as needed.


Experience Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Bilingual is a must. (English/Chinese or English/Spanish)
